🏆 Industrial: Ares Management bought two Miami warehouses for a combined $108.7 million. BGRE, formerly known as Brookfield Properties, sold the buildings at 3811 West 108th Street in Hialeah and 13190 Northwest 17th Street in Miami. The deals break down to $65.3 million for the Hialeah building, plus $43.3 million for the Miami warehouse.
