K-W Oktoberfest gets underway this weekend, kicking off three weeks of events across the region. The annual festival features activities including the Prostgarten opening at Cambridge's Gaslight District, concerts in downtown Kitchener and the Thanksgiving Day parade. CBC K-W's Diego Pizarro spoke to Oktoberfest president Darryl Fletcher, also known as Chef D, executive director Tracy Van Kalsbeek and outgoing ambassador Andre Killingbeck about this year's celebrations.
