Members of the British Royal Family have been associated with a wide range of restaurants, from local pubs and fast-food chains to exclusive dining rooms in some of London’s most expensive hotels. Prince William has spoken openly about his fondness for British pubs, while Prince Harry has been linked to Nando’s and American burger chain In-N-Out. Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has also been spotted at several luxury restaurants in London, California and New York. The late Princess Diana was a regular visitor to Italian restaurants in west London, while King Charles III, Queen Camilla and the late Queen Elizabeth II have been connected to several established fine-dining venues. Prince William Visits Local Pubs and Backs Their Preservation The Prince of Wales has repeatedly expressed his support for British pubs, describing them as important places for communities to gather. In June, William made an unannounced visit to The Prince of Peckham in south London, where he pulled a pint and spoke about the importance of protecting traditional pubs. “I love pubs. I want to do as much as I can to support pubs because I love the community. We need to protect our pubs,” he said. William described pubs as the “glue and fabric” of communities, adding that the people who work in them are central to their identity. The prince, who has been nicknamed “One Pint Willy” by Mike Tindall, also visited Windsor’s Two Brewers pub in October 2024, where he shared a drink with actor Eugene Levy during filming for The Reluctant Traveller.
