A recipe for brain health? Cooking once a week may lower dementia risk

A six-year Japanese study of 10,978 adults aged 65 and above found that those who cooked at home at least once a week had a lower risk of dementia requiring long-term care. The risk was 23% lower among men and 27% lower among women, while the association rose to 67% among people with limited cooking skills.
