
Fans of kimchi rejoice, as Western Canada’s largest celebration of the much-loved food and other Korean cuisine is making its return to Burnaby later this month. “Join us at Canada’s most vibrant Korean community festival! Experience authentic flavors, interactive performances, and the art of kimchi-making,” wrote the festival on its website. “Taste Korean street food, enjoy K-Beauty showcases, hanbok photo sessions, and fun activities for all ages. There are also eight different experience programs, including kimchi making, a Squid Game-inspired experience, and a K-pop dance competition. Admission to the event is free, with voluntary donations available on site for those wanting to support the future of the festival.
