PhilHealth members enrolled in the Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) can request transfers to their preferred clinics during the fourth quarter of 2026 if they have completed their First Patient Encounter. Members who have not yet undergone their FPE may request transfers anytime. Approved changes for those who completed their FPE will take effect on 1 January 2027, subject to identity verification and PhilHealth requirements.
