NIMS Official ACB Raid case has raised questions after the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau searched premises linked to Nori Lakshmi Bhaskar, Additional Medical Superintendent at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences. The ACB alleges that assets disproportionate to known sources of income were accumulated during service. During searches, officials said they found documents related to multiple flats, open plots, luxury vehicles including Jaguar and Audi, gold ornaments and financial investments. The agency also reported bank balances, deposits, mutual funds and other financial transactions worth crores. The case has been registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act, and the investigation is currently underway. The allegations against the official are yet to be proven in court.
