Maharashtra’s Tourism Department will organise a state-level festival in Mumbai to showcase the art, traditions and cultural heritage of 52 Nomadic and Denotified Tribes. Tourism Minister Shambhuraj Desai announced the plan at a Vimukta Divas conference attended by Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, who also launched a booklet and dedicated website.
