Saudi Military BOMBED: Houthis Fire Dozens Of Missiles On MBS’ Army Base; Riyadh Scrambles
Yemen’s Houthis claim they launched a large-scale attack using dozens of ballistic missiles and drones against Saudi military positions in the Jazan region. Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree said the strikes targeted command centres, weapons depots, missile-launch positions and military camps, claiming the operation caused hundreds of casualties. Those casualty claims have not been independently verified. Saudi Arabia gave a different account, saying six Houthi ballistic missiles were intercepted and destroyed before reaching Taif and Yanbu, while warning that any further escalation would be met with a firm response. The latest exchange comes amid renewed fighting in Yemen and growing tensions along the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb.
