The Quezon City government is aligning its heat-related class suspension guidelines with a Department of Education (DepEd) directive and an executive order signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., allowing schools to independently suspend in-person classes during bad weather and under hazardous conditions.
The Department of Education will distribute 172,654 Apple MacBook Neo laptops to public school teachers and staff from November 2026 to March 2027 under a P7.4-billion digital education initiative that includes warranties, productivity tools and technology training.
"I want restaurants to be competing and obviously offering the customers the best deal possible," Dylan Steiner said.
