
An old downtown San Francisco office building has landed in the hands of two Silicon Valley investors less than a month after a judge evicted Planet Fitness from its first floor. The 10-story, 96,000-square-foot building at 417 Montgomery sold for $25.2 million, according to a representative for the buyer, 417 Montgomery LLC. The sale was recorded on Aug. 31 and generated more than $1.5 million in transfer tax, according to public records.
