Diginex Limited Announces Executive Management Transition and Submission of Listing Application to Nasdaq for the Change of Control

LONDON, Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) (“Diginex” or the “Company”), a leading provider of Sustainability RegTech solutions empowering businesses and governments with advanced ESG, climate, and supply chain data and reporting, today announced that Lubomila Jordanova decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer and from the Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2026. The Board of Directors has appointed Diginex’s Chief Impact Officer, Archana Kotecha, as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Jordanova was appointed CEO of Diginex in January 2026, having previously founded and led Plan A.earth GmbH (“Plan A”), the European carbon accounting and decarbonization platform acquired by Diginex earlier that same month.
