The Commission on Audit (COA) has flagged delays in the Department of Education"s (DepEd) signing of contracts with suppliers of textbooks and other learning materials, which affected their timely distribution to schools.
According to the PRC, 6,337 out of 17,062 passed the exam given by the Board of Civil Engineering in 19 testing centers all over the Philippines.
They also prefer handwritten letters or postcards or printed ones with a handwritten note added.
